This 90-minute online workshop is designed for founders, small business owners, team leads, and decision makers who want to approach AI more strategically. The focus is not another list of tools, but a clear decision frame: How can a company distinguish hype from real leverage? Which questions should be answered before AI enters internal processes, communication, or daily workflows? And which risks are often missed in early AI projects?
The session combines short input, practical examples, a guided reflection exercise, and Q&A. Participants reflect on where AI is already being used informally in their business, where the most relevant opportunity may sit, and where important risks or unclear responsibilities may appear.
