This presentation is aimed at companies that are planning innovation projects, currently implementing them, or have already completed them. The focus is on combining theoretical foundations with practical AI tools throughout the entire funding process.

Participants will receive a structured overview of how to identify suitable funding programmes, overcome common application challenges, and properly manage the follow-up process after funding approval. In addition, we will demonstrate how modern AI applications can help companies efficiently identify relevant funding opportunities and create high-quality application texts.

As a special extra, all participants will receive exclusive test access to our newly developed AI funding assistant “subsid.ai”. The tool supports companies in creating professional application texts — currently for ZIM funding applications and the research allowance — and enables significantly more efficient preparation of complex funding applications. This helps reduce the time required and sustainably improve the quality of funding applications.
