As part of Startup Week Düsseldorf, we are once again inviting aspiring founders, young entrepreneurs, and startup teams to our proven workshop format “Legal Session 1”. The event provides a practical overview of the most important legal and tax-related topics that play a central role when founding and building a company. Experienced experts share up-to-date knowledge, provide concrete recommendations for action, and highlight typical pitfalls that founders should avoid.
Participants will gain valuable insights into topics such as choosing the right legal form, employment law challenges when using artificial intelligence, building a legally compliant online presence, protecting ideas and intellectual property, as well as tax fundamentals and planning opportunities for startups. The focus is not only on theoretical foundations but especially on practical examples and current developments.
The workshops are aimed at both people with initial business ideas and existing startups that want to deepen their legal and tax knowledge. In addition to expert input, the event offers the opportunity to ask questions directly to the speakers and benefit from their many years of experience.
Participation is possible both in person on-site and digitally via MS Teams, allowing participants to join the programme flexibly.
