Valuable IP often emerges earlier than many startups realise.
In this interactive workshop, patent attorneys from the law firm will show technology-driven and computer-implemented startups how to identify, evaluate, and strategically leverage their intangible assets. The focus will be on practical questions: What can actually be protected? When should you take action before a pitch, launch, or trade fair appearance? And how and when can IP become relevant for financing, partnerships, market entry, or an exit?
Participants will learn how to identify potentially valuable IP at an early stage and recognise it as a strategic asset.
During the interactive workshop, participants will receive practical guidance on how and when to identify, prioritise, and strategically use IP-related aspects.
The workshop is aimed at up to 12 founders with technical or software-based products. After the workshop, participants will have the opportunity for personal exchange and networking at the law firm’s premises.
To take part in the event, please send a brief enquiry to Kai Klein at klein@karoip.com, stating the technology sector your start-up operates in.
